Final Fantasy 15 Gets Its Own Car Courtesy of Audi

As expensive as it is grand.

Square Enix is teaming up with luxury car manufacturer Audi to produce an extremely limited (as in there’s only one in the entire world) Final Fantasy 15-themed car, which can be yours if you manage to win an upcoming lottery. Oh, and if you also happen to have $470,000 lying around.

The Audi R8 Star of Lucis is a sleek and stylish tribute to Final Fantasy 15 which sits on four wheels and has a price tag to match its impeccable design. As you can see in the above image and trailer, the Star of Lucis comes adorned with several nods to the game off which it is based, including faceplates featuring the arbesque pattern of the Tenebrae oracle clan, a specially shaded black finish which mirrors that of the Lucis royal family, a frontal plate which features the title “Insomnia The Crown City,” and even custom wheel designs which feature the Lucis emblem along with sculpted swords and flower petals.

From a more technical standpoint, the R8 Star of Lucis also features a V8 engine, a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, and a maximum speed of 330km/h. In short, both the vehicle’s design and performance are meant to turn heads as it drives by.

According to Audi, interested buyers will soon be able to fill out an application which will enter them into a lottery drawing. The lucky winner of the lottery will then be able to buy the R8 Star of Lucis for the kingly sum of $470,000. More information on the R8 Star of Lucis can be found here.
