Earlier today, Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb had tweeted announcing that Dragon Age: Origins, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3 are all now backwards compatible on the Xbox One.
Not only were these titles made backwards compatible in this batch, but also Ghostbusters: The Video Game, Strania and The Splatters also made it. You can view the full list of backwards compatible games
For games to be made backwards compatible on the Xbox One, they have to obtain a certain amount of votes by the community. Battlefield 3 received over 50,000 votes, Dragon Age: Origins earned over 30,000, and Bad Company 2 achieved over 40,000 votes. These mind blowing numbers go to show that the community is still interested older games and not just recently released titles.
So what are you waiting for? Go turn on your Xbox One and start reliving your fondest memories with these revived classics!
