New For Honor Trailer and Closed Beta Date Revealed

Ubisoft has released a new For Honor trailer, including a release date for the closed Beta.

The launch of For Honor is coming to gamers very soon, with the scheduled release date of the 14th of February. For Honor has been shown quite a few times already and has gone through several alpha tests, but now Ubisoft is moving things along with a new cinematic trailer, as well as announcing a closed beta coming by the end of the month.

The beta was announced as part of the new cinematic trailer for the game, setting the tone for “War of the Factions”, which is the key aspect to For Honor’s multiplayer experience.

The Beta will begin on the 26th of January and will last until the 29th. The For Honor Beta will be including “The War of the Factions” which is the games multi-platform leaderboard system. Players will pledge their allegiance to one of the three factions, Viking, Samurai, or Knights and once the Beta ends, the players with the winning faction will earn bonuses in game.

You can sign up for the closed beta access here. Those who participate in the beta will receive an in-game item the “Emblem of the Old”, which can be applied to weapons and armour to make yourself stand out from the crowd. Don’t worry about the rest of the gear and items you receive during the beta, for they will transfer over once the full game is released.
