In only a few weeks, the huge Star Wars event, Star Wars Celebration, comes back to life. It has been announced that not only will they be talking about the newest Star Wars movie, but also announcing and revealing some up-and-coming Star Wars games.
EA will be attending the event to showcase the latest information on their Star Wars projects, which was revealed over at Starwars.com. We already know that DICE is developing Star Wars: Battlefront 2, releasing this fall, but in addition there are two other potential Star Wars titles that could be revealed.
The developers of the Dead Space franchise, Visceral Games, are currently working on a Star Wars title and although not much is known about the game, we do know that Uncharted's Amy Hennig will be directing the game. As well as the title being worked on by Visceral Games, the developers of the Titanfall series, Respawn Entertainment are also working on a title. Their title is in the early stages of development, but has been confirmed to be a third-person Star Wars game.
The Star Wars Celebration will undoubtedly feature a Battlefront 2 reveal trailer, with the possibility of hints and teases towards the other two titles. We would imagine that the reveals of the other two unannounced titles will likely come at the grandest gaming stage of them all, E3, which will take place in June.
The Star Wars Celebration event will take place April 13-16 at the Orange Country Convention Center in Orlando. You can purchase tickets here.
