Corden starts with saying ‘’ I probably shouldn't tweet about Scorpio on April Fools day huh.’’ Meaning he thinks that people will assume everything says about the Xbox Scorpio is a joke but he says it’s real and also says ‘’naw, everything I've tweeted is not April Fools, except for the idea Microsoft will care about Windows Phones again.’’
Corden says that the Xbox Scorpio will have dev kits with an LCD front panel that devs can use to see stats in real time. He goes on to say that the ‘’Scorpio dev kit’s front panel has a nifty animation. FANCY.’’ Corden is not sure about this but the Xbox Scorpio may also have Bluetooth support.
According to Jez Corden, the Xbox Scorpio will not surpass the specifications that were announced by Microsoft at E3 2016 (8 CPU cores, 6 teraflops of computing power, 320GB/s of memory bandwidth with the goal of achieving “true 4K gaming) It will have the 6 teraflops like promised though, meaning it’s ahead of Playstation 4’s 4.2 teraflops.
Jez Corden is a very credible source because he works for WindowsCentral, one of biggest sites that’s focusing on Microsoft. It has earned its credibility over the last few years so all of the information revealed by Corden should be taken seriously but aren’t 100% sure if this is going to happen but we’ll find out soon.
